I wanted to let you know about the Artist Health and Wellness Symposium scheduled for August 18th from 10 AM to1:30 PM at the Ferst Center (Georgia Tech, Atlanta Campus). The Atlanta Coalition of Performing Artists, in partnership with Southern Arts Federation and Alternate ROOTS, developed this Symposium to address common worries among artists and arts administrators regarding healthcare, creative blocks, and burn out. The Symposium will cover insurance options for artists, self-strategic planning, work-life balance, and more.
