Locations: 5 Gardens at Private Homes in Newnan (maps provided upon registration)

Schedule:
DAY of EVENT: 3 to7 P.M. Garden Tour
10:00A.M. until 6:30 P.M. Gardens will be Open to Artists
7:00 P.M. Deadline for Delivery of Artwork to Country Garden Farm & Nursery

Dinner Tickets, without Tour fee, will be available for sale to artists. Price to be announced.
PRIOR to DAY of EVENT:
Masters Gardener Volunteers will be on site readying the gardens for 2 weeks prior to the tour.
Artists interested in visiting the gardens should contact Deborah @ 770 301 8990 for details.
Exhibition and Sale:
Paintings must be pre-wired; ready for hanging on "S" hooks (supplied) that hang on standing grid panels (supplied).
Works On Paper will be hung with clips (supplied) on the standing grid panels (supplied).
Artists must supply their own plastic bags.
Label blanks will be provided
10% of each sale will be deducted from the sale price to support the CCMG Scholarship.
The transaction for each artwork sold will be handled by the event staff cashier.
CASH and CHECKS ONLY
Payment for works sold will be mailed to the address below within 10 days.
